Moorpark Little League (MpLL) is a member of District 13 Little League, which represents 8 Southern California little leagues.

MpLL is governed by a Charter Committee at Little League International and is overseen by a local Board of Directors. The volunteer Board of Directors is elected annually under the MpLL Constitution as approved by Little League Baseball, Inc., and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the league according to the rules, regulations, and policies of Little League Baseball.
